My husband is a smoothie-guru! He freezes spinach and bananas each week, has tupperware containers just for avocados and has a collection of hand-milled seeds and oats. I'm even banned from laying hand to HIS VitaMix (it was a wedding gift...) But, ask me what to do and I'd be lost...what veggies or fruits to use with what? what's the best liquid to add? Yogurt or Ice? Protein what? 

So, mavisBLUE tapped into the United States Olympic Committee's Sports Nutrition Guide on Smoothie's and we've re-designed a handy DOWNLOADABLE PDF to help take you from beginner to EXPERT! And, below that--check our our favorite RECIPES too!!! ​​
